The Amsterdam City Museum is dedicated to modern and contemporary art from the mid-19th century to the present day, and includes both Dutch and visiting foreign exhibitions. Various trends in French and Dutch art in the 19th and 20th centuries are represented to the greatest extent - Realism Novò, Kalerfeld, Pop Art, as well as works by artists such as Warhol, Chagall, Mondrian and Kandinsky. The sculptural works of Henry Moore and Voltain are displayed in the museum's gardens, and those of Rodin and Renoir are kept in a closed space.
