
Gränna is a small town in Sweden, based on the shores of the second largest lake in Sweden - Vättern. The population of the town is around 2,500 inhabitants.
The town is a peaceful and with painted wooden houses, cobbled streets, candy bakeries and a lively port area. The town was founded in 1652 under the name of Brahe-Grena. Grena is one of 134 populated places in Sweden that have the status of a historic town.
Gränna Mountain can be reached by climbing the steps that begin near the centrally located Gränna Church. There is a cafeteria on the top of the mountain.
