Чешке Будејовице, Чешка

České Budějovice is a city in the southwestern Czech Republic in the South Bohemian Region. The town is located next to the Valtava River, where the Malshe River flows into it, and close to the border with Austria. The population is around 90,000.

České Budějovice has several centuries of history, reflected in architectural masterpieces. The spacious square in the center of the city is full of beautiful Renaissance buildings and arcades. In the central place there is an old fountain from the beginning of the 18th century, the work of Josef Dietrich.

The municipality building with its side towers in baroque style is also admirable. The episcopal palace and the ruins of the medieval walls are also nearby. The emblematic building is the 72-meter "Black Tower" from the 16th century, from the top of which there is a panoramic view of the incredible landscape of the surroundings.

České Budějovice is known for its Budweiser beer, which has a soft amber color and excellent qualities.
